If your message is sensitive or specialized

A few notes on routing.

  • Privacy and data-subject requests

    Same address, with the subject line "Privacy Request." We acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within the timelines applicable law requires (typically 30 to 45 days). Details on every right by jurisdiction are at your rights.

  • Press and editorial

    Email with "Press" in the subject. Logos, screenshots, founder photo, and boilerplate are forthcoming on a press page. Until then we will send what you need by reply.

  • Partnership and advocacy organizations

    Patient advocacy organizations, disability rights groups, and clinicians who would like to discuss a working partnership: write to us. We respond.

  • Security disclosure

    Suspected vulnerability or coordinated disclosure: email with "Security" in the subject. The site also publishes a security.txt (RFC 9116) with current contact information.

A note on what is not here

We do not run a live-chat widget, an AI support bot, or a knowledge-base helpdesk system. The reasons are aesthetic and architectural at once: a chat bubble in the corner of a chronic-illness page betrays the quiet voice of the rest of it, and a third-party support widget would be the only component on the website that collects identifying behavioral data. Neither is acceptable. The trade-off is that a reply arrives by email, written by a person, sometimes a day later. We think that is the better trade.
